- Understanding of health insurance processes, capabilities, ways of working, operations, value chain – mandatory
- Scope and shape activities for the work-stream, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically
- Work closely with Business Stakeholders to ensure input and engagement is made in timely manner, challenge where necessary
- Ability to work with digital teams – mandatory
- Ability to work with technical and development teams – mandatory
- Experienced in working with Policy Admin systems – experienced in working with integrated designs across requirements, to technical requirements and liaising these with the development teams – mandatory
- Experienced in Salesforce - preferable
