Interim Chief Executive

We are looking for an interim Chief Executive for a large national charity. The role is to start during November for a period of c.6 months whilst they recruit to the permanent role. This is a full-time role with 2 days per week on site around the business. Candidates must have extensive experience at Chief Executive level within a large and complex organisation, ideally within the not for profit or charity sector. Experience of working with a varied stakeholder group, excellent people skills, emotional intelligence and empathy are also key. The client is looking for someone who is robust with gravitas and credibility to lead the organisation through an ongoing turnaround journey.
