Responsibilities of the Senior Process Engineer;
- Manage and lead capital projects from conception and ensure the approval, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of capital projects.
- Managing teams of Project staff to ensure CAPEX of multi million pound projects is delivered successfully.
- Manage specified Eng systems and records.
- Carry out plant investigation and improvements.
- Managing a team of Project Specialists assisting them through the all stages of the project lifecycle and ensure maximum performance.
- Engaging in a professional development programme to support with progression through the company.
To be successful in this position as Senior Process Engineer, an established technical background with experience working on a chemical site (ideally COMAH) is required. The minimum qualification for this role is a Chemical Senior Process Engineering degree or equivalent and 10+ years’ experience. It is also desired that the successful candidate be Chartered or working towards this status, however this is not essential.
