Ensure that their assigned area operates efficiently and produces high-quality dishes.To support with the planning and execution of dishes, as well as ensuring that the presentation and taste meet the established standards.To support the training and mentoring of new kitchen staff, ensuring they understand kitchen protocols, safety procedures, and cooking techniques.To assist in monitoring ingredient levels and reporting to the senior kitchen staff about inventory needs.Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
