We’re looking for Customer Success Advisors to join our Account Management team to manage client communications as the principal responsibility of their role. We need specialists to interact directly with all new and existing customers via telephone, email, customer portal and post, providing quality customer service as well as with creditors to ensure arrangements are in place to maximise plan success. Effectively manage all inbound communication, taking action to service and resolve the customer’s enquiry as swiftly as possible. Identify where a customer needs specialised support from one of the Account Managers or Specialist Care Team. Onboard customers, managing the first three months of their journey to ensure communication between customer and creditor is kept active. Ensure that all notes and actions are captured accurately and in line with business process requirements and data protection legislation. Proactively manage any tasks and outbound communications to ensure smooth running of customer plans. What skills and experience do we need you to have? A high level of customer service experience and a desire to go above and beyond. High standards of organisation skill and the ability to plan and prioritise. A strong track record of delivering against targets and deadlines. Pride in delivering quality and high performance. A flexible approach with the ability to change direction and pace when required.
