Psychotherapist (Specialising in Art, Music, or Play Therapy) In-School Setting Part-time (3 days per week) £35,000 Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using art, music, or play therapy techniques to support students' emotional well-being. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create personalized care plans and interventions tailored to each student's needs. Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and track student progress in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall mental health strategy within the school. Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure a safe and confidential environment for all students.Essential Requirements: A recognised degree in Psychotherapy, specializing in art, music, or play therapy. Accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, BACP, UKCP) is required. Proven experience working with children and young people in a therapeutic setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.
