Requirements: Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a primary school setting.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.Passion: A genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively as part of a team.
