Joining this firm means becoming part of a culture that values excellence, innovation, and client service, providing an environment where your legal skills can thrive.The Role:As a Finance Associate with our client, you will be integral to advising on a wide array of finance transactions, including but not limited to:Acquisition Finance: Advising on high-value acquisition deals, structuring complex financing arrangements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.Structured Finance: Working on innovative and complex structured finance deals, offering bespoke solutions to clients' financing needs.Capital Markets: Providing expert advice on capital raising activities, including debt and equity issuances, and navigating the intricacies of capital markets regulation.You will work closely with senior members of the Finance team, taking on significant responsibility in managing deals and client relationships. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in cross-border transactions, as well as a deep understanding of current market trends and legal developments in finance law, will be highly desirable.
