The role:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced head of social media to lead and innovate our social media efforts. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business goals across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead social media strategy and ensure it's aligned with brand vision and goals
2. Oversee content creation and maintain consistency across channels
3. Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns
4. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant tools
5. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience within marketing / social media with proven experience of growing social channels
2. Expertise in social media trends, tools, platforms and paid advertising.
3. Ability to work to and achieve KPI's and wider marketing targets
4. Excellent communication skills, including having challenging conversations about campaign performance
