Job Requirements / Description
  • Welcome and engage in conversation with customers, help them as needed and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, Oversee the arrangement of window displays, shelves, and counters on a store floor
  • Manage point-of-sale processes, such discounts, price changes, and customer returns accordingly, Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions.
  • Monitor stock levels to facilitate restocking and replenishment of emptying shelves
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database by entering customer profile details
  • Ensure compliance with established store policies and guidelines
  • Establish appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of theft or shoplifting
  • Collect cash and handle credit card transactions to process payments for purchase
  • Provide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challenges
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed..
  • Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.
  • Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all store products. Stock
  • Actively manage peer and partner relationship on the local marketplace.
  • Supporting all stock operations and merchandise flow omnichannel activities

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in retail sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
  • Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage schedules and inventory
