About the role: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the development of children during their critical early years. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. With a particular focus on personal, social, and emotional development, you will create a safe and happy learning environment that encourages independence and creativity. You will also work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure that every child’s individual needs are met. Regular assessments, open communication with parents, and collaboration with the wider teaching team will be essential parts of your role. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience working in Early Years settings. • A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum. • Strong classroom management and planning skills. • A commitment to creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework. • Foster a nurturing and positive environment where each child feels valued. • Conduct regular assessments to track pupil progress and report to parents and staff. • Collaborate with teaching assistants to support the needs of all learners. • Engage with parents and guardians to build strong, supportive relationships.
