Buckden Partners is supporting a leading UK property finance provider. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team in London.


The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. You should be well-organized and be comfortable with - Drafting, reviewing and sending communications on behalf of company executive(s), Diary management, event coordination and general office management. Also, experience supporting/working with marketing teams will be a nice to have.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Drafting testimonials/ other marketing information
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Support Marketing Manager with ad hoc tasks


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
