Labourer Layn Developments part of the Layn Group is looking for a Full time, Permanent Electrician. We specialise in facilities maintenance services for commercial properties and are now looking to expand into new areas. Due to this expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrician with experience working on commercial properties looking to join a well-established company that can offer long-term progression opportunities as they expand. In this role, you will be tasked with installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining new and existing electrical systems in commercial properties. You will be required to travel nationally and will occasionally be required to stay away. There will also be instances where working out of hours or weekend work will be necessary and bonuses will be paid for these pre-planned works. The Labourer Role: * Installation, Testing & Maintaining electrical systems * Working on commercial properties * Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Training * Overnight Working Bonus * Weekend Overtime Bonus The Person: * Experienced working on commercial or domestic properties * 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3 Qualified * Full UK driving license * Happy to travel If you require any further information please contact Steve Gibbons
