Site Manager

I’m partnering with a well-established SME based in Oxfordshire to help them find an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team, following several exciting project wins. The projects range from £50k to £3M and span high-end residential and commercial office spaces, covering both new builds and refurbishments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, acting as the lead (No. 1) on-site. Given the size of the business, this role offers hands-on responsibility, meaning you’ll be directly involved in areas like programming, material ordering, and overall project management, without the layers of management typically found in larger organizations. This is an all-encompassing role that requires a proactive approach.
