Catering Manager

We're looking for a hands-on manager to work alongside and lead our team in our daytime station cafe/restaurant and on our first class dining trains. Its an amazing opportunity to use your catering skills in a unique environment. We need someone with a keen eye for detail who can build on our past successes and continue to grow our business. Youll need to maximise revenue and control costs within tight budgets, especially at this challenging time. Youll also need to ensure full food safety and other compliance and use your outstanding people skills to get the best out of your team. Were open 363 days a year so we need someone to work flexibly throughout the week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). We hold some evening events but generally the hours are between 8.30am 5.30pm. TPBN1_UKCT
