Asset Manager- North East- £500p/d - 6 months- Hybrid

I'm working with a housing association in the North East who are looking for a Interim Asset manager for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility for it to get extended to 12 months. The role will be strategically based to ensure the housing associations operational and non operational assets are maintained to a high standard. The Housing association in question is looking for a candidate who can drive and develop their HRA asset management strategy which revolves around supporting the Long term goals of the of the housing associations financial objectives, as-well as assessing the housing associations assets suitable for redevelopment, re-designation and remodelling. The housing association is also looking for a candidate who can manage departments within their asset management team to streamline their performance and deliver major refurbishment and redevelopment projects within allocated time and budgets. Candidates with the best chance of success would need to have prior housing association or local authority experience and would also need prior asset management experience within their recent work history.
