What You'll Do: As a Quantity Surveyor you will: Ensure projects are completed within budget by preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering to maximize project efficiency. Administer contracts, evaluate tenders, and manage contractual disputes. Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Provide detailed financial reports, progress updates, and forecasts to clients and senior management. What We're Looking For: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant professional accreditation (e.g., RICS). Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in relevant software.
