Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Quantity Surveyor/Estimator Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Dryling & Plastering Contractor based in the South West. Due to growth, they are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team based out of the Bristol area. Potential candidates will require to have proven knowledge in quantity surveying & estimating as will be taking on projects from estimating stage right through to site completion. Duties involved include: * Producing quotations * Offer cost saving options * Procure plant and materials for jobs * Produce monthly reports * Work on price changes on live jobs * Build relationship with suppliers and clients Candidates will require to have: * Educated to A-Level (candidates with suitable degrees given preference) * Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages * Proven Quantity Surveying * Great communication skills * Dryling or Plastering knowledge In return will be provided with competitive salary, career progression plan and opportunities.
