To be successful as a Non-Qualified Early Years Practitioner you will be: Have a prior experience working in an establishment caring with children.  Flexible and willing to support a range of establishments Describe yourself as an organised and trustworthy individual Paediatric First Aid qualified or have a willingness to undertake the course (which we can offer to you!)
