About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team within a high-precision manufacturing environment. As a key member of our quality team, you will ensure that every product meets our exacting standards by conducting thorough inspections, upholding compliance with international standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in quality inspection, experience with MRP/ERP systems, and a solid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Perform first-off, FAIRS, and batch inspections daily, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and report them to MRB through the NCR process. Generate and provide reports to management on any issues adversely affecting the quality system. Maintain up-to-date documentation and calibration for all inspection equipment. Ensure inspection standards are consistently met, from pre-processing to final inspection and dispatch stages. Collaborate with departmental managers and operators to resolve technical disputes and ensure quality expectations are clear and met. Support full compliance with ISO 9001:2008, AS9100, and customer-specific quality requirements. Identify and propose continuous improvement techniques to meet departmental and business objectives. Actively participate in system improvement projects to maintain optimal product flow and incorporate best practices. Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in line with the company’s HSE Management System.Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Sage, etc., at an inspection level. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Solid understanding of manufacturing methods, quality system design, and documentation processes.Why Join Us?
