Client Relationship Manager – Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity is available to join our fast growing training business. Initially on a fixed term basis with potential to become permanent, you’ll join a dynamic team offering action-focussed, two hour virtual and in-person training sessions to a diverse portfolio of global clients.

Responsible for new business, customer relationship, stakeholder and sales pipleline management, our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  They will rapidly build trust and rapport with clients to understands their needs and drivers. 

In addition they will have:-

• A demonstrable track record of consultative B2B sales with the ability to grow existing clients and win new business – preferably to HR and L&D teams
• A robust understanding of training and the L&D landscape
• Excellent presentation, objection handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding listening and questioning skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and the full MS Office suite.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects.
• A proactive approach and first-rate organisational skills

The role is home based with regular travel into London. Offered on a full time basis, with consideration for a 4 day week.
