Job Title: Cockpit Lead Engineer EES Solutions: Warwickshire, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid) Who We Are: At EES Solutions, we are at the forefront of pioneering engineering solutions spanning across diverse sectors such as Rail, Automotive, Marine, and Energy. In this specific contract position, you'll be working hand-in-hand with our dedicated automotive clientele. Due to the nature of the role, we will only be able to consider candidates with direct Automotive work experience. We are only able to consider candidates on an inside IR35 basis. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: On-Cycle Programme content delivery (Cockpit) to Quality, Cost & Timing targets Off-Cycle non-Programme commodity strategy and technology roadmap creation, maintenance and delivery Contribution to the department knowledge collation and transfer for Cockpit related topics Lead, coach and develop junior members of the team (assigned directly to support this role or not) What we are looking for: An individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable. Ability to communicate with different levels of the organisation. Desirable: Interior Engineering knowledge related to Cockpit development Experience of Engineering delivery Strategical Roadmap generation experience Knowledge of agile working practices Experience of developing Interior Commodities from Cradle to Grave, able to deliver Programmes both with turnkey & make to print mindsets
