Production Support Manager

We are delighted to partner with an exciting Food Manufacturing business in the Cheshire area to recruit a Production Support Manager. As a Production Support Manager, you will report directly to the Factory Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing internal movement of materials between departments, checking stock, intake and ensuring production flow. This role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute significantly to a continually growing business. We are interested in candidates with various levels of leadership experience within a Food manufacturing environment. You will lead a team of up to 20 employees, providing direction and driving efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams within a food manufacturing environment, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
