Foreman

Foreman needed to join a Building company specialising in RC and Steel frameworks. As the Foreman you will be responsible for scheduling, supervising and co-ordinating all work for site operatives. You will ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high level of safety standards. As the Foreman, you will manage equipment and materials ensuring all company and legal regulations are implemented, whilst recording daily work. Key Responsibilities; * Operate and promote safe working on site, implementing company requirements and legal regulations. Paying attention to HSE * Carry out and record site inspections * Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements * Conduct risk assessments and conduct toolbox briefings * Ensure all on site workers have job relevant training and update personal training register * Ensure completion of work n time and within budget * Ensure gangs complete all required documentation and track daily work productions Essential skill; * Extensive construction industry experience * Proven people management skills * CSCS supervisor card * SMST Qualification * CPCS lift supervisor * NRSAW Supervisor * First aid qualification Apply now for immediate consideration
