Private Client Lawyer (3 years + PQE) Our well-respected client are searching for a Private Client Lawyer (3 years + PQE) to join their Private Client team in Dorset. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met. As a Private Client Lawyer, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing a diverse portfolio of private client case, including probate, estate administration, care of the elderly, Wills, LPAs, and Trusts. Providing expert advice and support within the private client team. Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service. A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 year + PQE or FCILEx status. Strong experience and interest in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration. Preferably some experience in trust work. They are a firm that will look to support and develop your career from day one and this is a prolific opportunity for the right individual to flourish in a collaborative team environment. They will look to provide a starting salary for a Probate Lawyer/Legal Executive of between £45,000 - £60,000 and this will look to increase, once established. Part time opportunities are available, depending on the right candidate.
