We are seeking a dedicated Learning Coach to join our a Study Programme team, working primarily with learners who have high-level SEND needs. This role involves delivering training at Levels 1 and 2 within our study programme at the Northwich site for any of the following vocational areas: Art & Design, Business, Caring for Children, Construction, Health & Social Care, Hospitality & Tourism and Public Services. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, and capable of managing a demanding workload while supporting learners in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed in their apprenticeship programmes. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of learners, conducting regular interventions to support progress. Capture evidence for learning, achievement, and funding in a timely and effective manner. Plan and deliver one-on-one coaching, both remotely and face-to-face, including observation of practice. Inspire and motivate learners, adapting to their individual needs and removing barriers to learning. Deliver Maths and English to support learners' overall development. Qualifications & Experience: Essential : Assessor Qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it. Strong communication and coaching skills. Experience in planning, organising, and prioritising workloads. Job Specific Skills: Ability to deliver effective coaching tailored to learner needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning and organisational skills, with a track record of meeting key performance indicators.
