Job Overview:
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant focusing on Technical Engineering, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to client engagement and placement. Your expertise in understanding the unique needs of the engineering sector will be crucial in identifying and placing highly skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, specifications, and key competencies for various roles.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier Engineering professionals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks within the Engineering sector.
  • Provide insights to clients and candidates regarding the competitive landscape and talent market.
Business Development:
  • Actively seek opportunities for business development and expansion within the Technical Engineering industry.
  • Identify and pursue new client partnerships to increase market share.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on Technical Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of Technical Engineering roles, processes, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
