With the flexibility of a primarily remote role (with occasional in-office engagements) you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, cutting-edge VC environment.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Master the art of complex calendar management for two high-powered partners. Your proactive approach will anticipate their needs, optimizing their time and productivity. You'll be the wizard behind scheduling and rescheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements down to the finest detail.Event Coordination: Take charge of administrative support for both internal and external events. From scheduling to logistics, your precision will ensure everything runs like clockwork.Communication: Be the professional front for handling calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring swift and efficient communication.Expense Management: Process and reconcile expense reports with meticulous accuracy and compliance, making financial management a breeze.Project Support: Dive into various projects, providing the necessary administrative backbone and coordination to drive success.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, representing them with unparalleled professionalism.Key Performance Indicators:Impeccable calendar management and time optimization for partners.Flawless travel arrangements and coordination.Swift and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.Outstanding attention to detail and organizational prowess.Positive contributions to a thriving, efficient work environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree.Previous solid experience supporting senior executives in high-performance environments (F.S./V.C/Management Consultants etc)Proven expertise in managing cross-border, cross-cultural situations.Excellent command Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Superior organizational and time management skills.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage projects effectively.Utmost discretion in handling confidential information.Stellar interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Independence and teamwork capability.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.High responsiveness, even in a remote work setting.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the venture capital or financial services industry.Proficiency in additional software applications (e.g., CRM, project management tools).If you're ready to elevate your career in a vibrant, globally-minded venture capital firm, apply today and be a part of our exciting journey!
