Job Title: Midwife (Band 6) Location: Isle of Man Contract Type: Temporary Start Date: 28th October 2024 End Date: 1st December 2024 Average Weekly Core Hours: Up to 37.5 hours Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Midwife to join our team on the Isle of Man for a temporary position. As a Band 6 Midwife. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality midwifery care during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. Conduct thorough assessments and provide monitoring and interventions as required. Educate and support women and their families throughout the childbirth process. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Qualifications: Registered Midwife with a valid NMC registration. Relevant experience in midwifery practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
