Invoice Clerk

We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Lancashire, who are recruiting for an Income and Invoicing Officer to join the team on a three-month contract.This is a full-time position offering hybrid working and with an hourly rate of £14.86 PAYE or £17.00 UMB.This role is due to start immediately, and the successful candidate will ideally have experience within the charity / non-for-profit sector.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Preparing, producing and raising invoicesChasing and collecting debt for all sundry debtsEnsuring the credit control process is in place in accordance with Group policyLiaising with various service area to resolve invoicing issuesSetting up direct debit payments and monitoring accountsEnsuring refunds are raised in a timely manner where appropriateExperience required:Processing and raising invoicesExperience with credit control and collecting debtRewards and benefits:Hybrid workingPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
