As the Porter, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests, and external contractors, serving as the primary point of contact for all queries. Your key day-to-day duties will include being stationed at the front desk, handling enquiries, opening the door, conducting security patrols, and performing daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and litter picking.
