Assistant Site Manager

Job Description: About this Role: My client is looking to recruit an experienced number 1 Site Manager to run a residential development compromising of 72 traditional build of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Exeter . The project has already started. About the Company/Client/Project: My client is a design led developer that has been creating new homes and communities in and around the West for almost 30 years. Requirements including certificates and qualifications: Candidates must have worked on timber build developments in the past and be able to display hands on approach and is locally based to Exeter. Candidates must have a solid work history who has proved themselves as a project lead. Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS and 3 day First Aid.
