Event Coordinator, Heritage Venue, London, Up to 36k plus benefits We are excited to be working with this Grade II listed leading events venue who offer stunning spaces for conferences, banquets and exhibitions and they are looking for an Event Coordinator to join their fantastic team. As Event Coordinator you will be responsible delivering a wide variety of events from start to finish, work closely with clients to understand their needs, and coordinate logistics to ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully. Perks and Benefits: 28 days holiday + bank holidays Christmas bonus and salary increase each year Optional Bupa cover WFH flexibility Main Duties: Manage all aspects of event coordination, including event planning, scheduling, and execution Plan event logistics including booking in staff and organising equipment Deliver the event on the day ensuring everything is running smoothly Client liaison Up selling on an ad hoc basis Skills and Experience Previous experience in event management or coordination from an events venue background is essential Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
