Job Description Shifts; 4 on 4 off OR 3 Shift Rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) Salary; £23,166.42 - £25,457.61 Do you believe every crunchy tortilla chip is a mini-masterpiece? Full training will be provided, alongside our in depth induction programme. There are plenty of growth and skill development opportunities. Our machine operators once successfully trained, move to grade 2 (normally at around 6 months) where your salary would increase. From here you can progress to grade 3 and Team Leader roles. Key Responsibilities: * Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) * Producing the required product to our high standards * Attention to detail when data inputting * Maintaining a clean production environment * To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently * Comply with food safety standards, quality, and legality always. What we are looking for: * Good literacy, numeracy skills * A reliable, enthusiastic team player. * Good communication skills and an open, honest approach. * Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload. * Display a positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude. * Attention to detail, and flexible in duties. * A proven attendance and timekeeping record. * Desirable previous experience gained in a factory environment.
