Digital Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Building workflows to automate customer touchpoints and marketing processes using automation tools and CRM technology
• Implementing data and content requests following the marketing campaign plan
• Assisting with campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Work with the marketing operations team to enhance and optimise the end-to-end customer data journey
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to oversee complete lifecycle of event marketing campaign
• Liaising with the Group Privacy Manager to confirm best practices for new initiatives in data capture
• Sharing regular KPI reports with marketing and event stakeholders, providing actionable insights

Successful candidate will display:

• A degree or work experience in marketing (preferably experience in B2B marketing)
• Understanding of CRM and social media marketing
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva
• Data savvy and a whiz in Excel
• Proficient with email campaigns and marketing analysis
• Knowledgeable about marketing automation and CRM technology (Pardot/Salesforce highly desirable)
