Key responsibilities:
- Building workflows to automate customer touchpoints and marketing processes using automation tools and CRM technology
- Implementing data and content requests following the marketing campaign plan
- Assisting with campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Work with the marketing operations team to enhance and optimise the end-to-end customer data journey
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to oversee complete lifecycle of event marketing campaign
- Liaising with the Group Privacy Manager to confirm best practices for new initiatives in data capture
- Sharing regular KPI reports with marketing and event stakeholders, providing actionable insights
Successful candidate will display:
- A degree or work experience in marketing (preferably experience in B2B marketing)
- Understanding of CRM and social media marketing
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva
- Data savvy and a whiz in Excel
- Proficient with email campaigns and marketing analysis
- Knowledgeable about marketing automation and CRM technology (Pardot/Salesforce highly desirable)
