Hydrogen are working with a leading Investment Manager who are seeking a highly qualified and driven Derivatives Lawyer to join their well respected legal team. This an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking for a broad and exciting in-house role where you will work very closely with the investment teams and wider business.
Responsibilities:
· Provide expert legal advice to the investment teams in relation to OTC derivatives and relevant documentation.
· Supporting the business with their digital and crypto asset transactions.
· Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation.
· Providing legal advice to the business regarding regulatory changes and supporting with the implementation of any necessary changes.
Requirements:
· Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 2-6 years PQE gained either in-house or within private practice*.
· Experience with industry standard trading agreements and related documentation such as the ISDA and ISDA product definitions, GMRA, GMSLA and documentation of clearing arrangements.
