Chartered Building Surveyor (Contract)

We are seeking a Freelance RICS Surveyor with a specialisation in disrepair surveys to join our clients expanding team. Your role will be pivotal in their ambitious growth plans, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch property-related services. As part of our talented team of professionals, your expertise will help drive our success. You will be completing surveys across Central London, our clients expanding client base and acquired contracts have positioned them for substantial growth in 2024, creating exciting opportunities for skilled professionals to join their team. Conduct comprehensive disrepair surveys in line with RICS guidelines and industry standards. Assess and document structural, environmental, and maintenance issues affecting properties. Create detailed and precise reports that effectively communicate findings to legal teams. Work collaboratively with internal teams to integrate survey findings seamlessly into legal proceedings. Uphold a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all surveying activities. Demonstrated experience in conducting disrepair surveys, preferably within a legal context. In-depth knowledge of building pathology, construction standards, and property legislation. Proficiency in using surveying tools, technology, and software.
