Regional Sales Manager Working with some of the most prestigious names in the luxury fashion industry, our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of fashion, sports and performance products. With a revenue of €9BN and continuous growth worldwide, they are looking for an Regional Sales Manager to build & develop relationships across prospective and existing accounts.Our client adopts an extremely positive environment for their employees, where unique perspectives and individuality is celebrated; innovation and a curiosity to learn is actively encouraged, supported by endless learning opportunities and the freedom to establish your own career path.This is a field-based position with candidates ideally living in the North of England or Scotland.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets of the designated territoryMaintain and develop relationships with both new and existing client accounts, ensuring client visits are frequent and consistentDeliver presentations showcasing new and seasonal products to clients at least twice per yearFollow up on new leads and referrals as a result of field activityEnsure effective brand, product and visual merchandising training with clients to ensure best possible brand presenceActively support and engage in international events, as well as marketing/visual merchandising initiativesEnsure that clients’ product range remains fulfilled and that orders are completed in a timely mannerIdentify and resolve any client concerns regarding products and services; proactively work to resolveThe Successful Candidate2+ years B2B field sales experience; experience in managing a territory & journey-planning is essentialExperience selling luxury goods is idealExperience selling into independent retailers & managing independent retailer accounts is idealFull UK driving licenseLiving in the North of England or Scotland.Regional Sales Manager PackageBasic Salary: £38,000-40,000OTE: £80,000Company carPrivate healthcareOptional share scheme25 days holiday
