The role includes supporting students' learning under the direction of a teacher and assisting with their personal care needs.Job Description:The Support Staff role at our primary school in the Basingstoke area involves a variety of responsibilities focused on assisting both students and teachers. You will actively participate in the learning process, working alongside teaching staff to help plan and deliver lessons across different subjects. Your duties will include providing personalised support to students, particularly those with learning difficulties, ensuring they receive the guidance and attention needed for their academic progress.
