Joining a successful, expanding team in a client facing role that is responsible for owning the day to day execution of all paid search activity, employing strong platform knowledge & supplier relationships to deliver amazing planning, testing, optimisation and analysis.This agency operates in a fast-paced, deliverables-based world and everyone that is part of the team need to work together to ensure they always deliver a high standard of work on time with pride. This is a great time to be joining the team, who are all part of creating the foundations of what an agency should look like and should deliver for clients to ensure they add value at every step.Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of the Paid Search Manager will include but are not limited to:To work with the wider team in setting strategies and planning the media mix for paid search campaignsDelivering on the agency promise across all areasContribute on client calls and meetingsRegularly auditing accounts to improve performanceLiaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise.Manage and co-ordinate freelancers where necessary to ensure a high quality of work is maintainedInvest time promoting and training team members in the role that Paid Search plays in the wider ecosystem.To support all team members in acquiring their Adwords qualifications.Skills/Experience Required: Solid experience working in a Paid Search, agency-side roleStrong understanding of where paid search fits in the wider digital marketing mixAn understanding of the commercials of online marketing and ecommerceAbility to manage own workload to ensure that individual, team and company targets are achievedTake ownership of clients’ testing plans to organise both tactical, and mid- term campaign actions and goals, and manage the planning, execution & evaluation of tests with methodical accuracyExperience planning and running PPC accounts directly through Adwords and Bing and via third party platforms e.g. Doubleclick Search, MarinProficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)Full Google AdWords CertificationExperience with Google Analytics (plus certification)Experience with sizeable campaigns and budgetsExcellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationshipsBenefits:Up to £40,000 basic + 10% performance related bonusMinimum holiday of 25 days / uncapped performance related daysGenuine career progression and personal training programmePerformance related remote working infrastructurePrivate health carePension with generous employer contributionGym membershipCycle to work schemeContribution to employee perk and wellbeing service6-month bonus scheme - percentage of salary plus uncapped holiday potentialInterested?Please apply immediately here or email your CV across to - [email protected]*Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK.*We are only able to contact shortlisted applicants due to the high volume of applications we receive.
