Year 1 Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Year 1 Teacher looking for a full-time role in Leamington Spa? We have an exciting opportunity starting after October half-term and continuing until the end of the 2025 academic year. About the Role: As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners in your class. Your duties will include but not limited too: Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. Managing classroom behavior effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment. Tracking and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Participating in staff meetings, parent evenings, and other school-related activities. Ensuring the safety, well-being, and safeguarding of all pupils at all times. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience working in Key Stage 1, particularly with Year 1 students. Must be comfortable with full teaching responsibilities. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one). Up-to-date safeguarding training, completed within the last year.
