• Own the European Customer Success practice including onboarding, upsell and cross-sell
• Manage, grow and mentor your team of 15
• Develop Customer Success strategy and own team operations - retention, adoption, satisfaction, growth

The Requirements

• Extensive Customer Success leadership experience for an HR/Recruitment SaaS platform
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder management and commercialism
