Experience required…
Essential:
Excellent knowledge and application in the use of TSRGD 2016, TSM chapters, DMRB, LTN1/20, LTN1/24 and other relevant design standards and guidance documents
Skilled user of AutoCAD and associated ‘KEY’ design packages (or equivalents)
Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control and progress reporting.
Ability to prepare detailed reports, documentation and presentations.
- Practiced user of a Collision data system and data analysis
- Experience in preparation and delivery of Traffic Regulation Orders
- Understanding and working knowledge of CDM regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, Elected Members, stakeholders and team members/colleagues.
Familiar with Highways Act Sec. 278, 38 and 106 agreements
UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client.
A full UK drivers license is essential
Desirable:
- HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline would be an advantage
- IEng CEng
