Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our clients' success. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and propose innovative CRM solutions. Configure and customize CRM applications to meet client needs. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant specializing in CRM Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and relevant programming languages. Demonstrated experience leading CRM implementation projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
