Electrician – MEP

Electrician – MEP Candlewick, London £50,000 - £60,000 + company vehicle + health care Information on the role * Oversee M&E works, ensuring all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently. * Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance and repairs within the facility. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards. * Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and downtime. * Coordinate with other technical teams to integrate electrical systems with HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical services. * Manage contractors and third-party suppliers during installation, testing, and commissioning. * Provide support for energy management and sustainability initiatives. What we’d like from you * Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). * Experience in overseeing M&E projects within commercial, industrial, or residential facilities. * Sound understanding of electrical regulations (17th/18th Edition). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex electrical issues. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and departments. * Prior experience in facilities management is advantageous.
