Male Support Worker-Mental Health

Tezlom, a successful Agency with a decade of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, is looking to recruit a Male Support Worker to work with complex mental health needs based in the Harrow, London Main Duties & Responsibilities Mental Health-Male Support Worker-Night Shifts * Be able to provide constant care and support to the service users with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. * At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities * A desire to work with people who may show signs of challenging behaviour * Commit to working with Adults who may be at risk * Should be available to do Night Shifts * Ability to work as part of a team * Demonstrate expertise in person-centred care for elderly residents in a care home setting. * Have hands-on experience working with individuals having mental health needs and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations. * A cleared DBS check and right to work in UK .
