Job: Roofer
Location: Manchester & Lancashire areas
Job Type: Temporary-Permenant
We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for a Roofer & Roofer's Mate. The successful candidates will service properties across the Manchester/Lancashire Area.
You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Work on various roofing projects, ensuring safety and quality.
- Meet client expectations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Asebstos Awareness
- NVQ or equivalent in Roofing (Preferred but not Essential)
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Experience in social housing maintenance and customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Previous experience as a Roofer & Roofer's Mate
Skills Needed:
- Renew slates and tiles etc
- Renew Felt and Batten
- Pointing
- Lead work.
- Repair flat roofs.
