The role reports to the Chief Architect and will have a primary focus on the following:Strategy - Maintain and develop the information security strategy. The Ideal candidate will have a methodical way of working to carry out risk assessments and security audits, to develop a roadmap of security changes.Delivery – the candidate will be able to motivate their team together with related internal and external engineers. To make sure the security roadmap is correctly implemented and maintained.Team management/Leadership – a small group of security engineers will need guidance, mentorship and performance evaluation as we grow the team to support the future business.
