Children's Home Registered Manager Rotherham Up to £72000 Information: As a Registered Manager, you will manage a children's residential care home that specialises in support for children and young people with learning disabilities. The home is a 4 bedded children's home. The service is based in Roterham. You will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff, within a children's residential care home, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported, 24/7. Pay: Up to £72,000 Up to £60,000 salary + bonuses including a starting bonus of £5,000 and up to a 10% KPI related bonus Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on calls Contract: Full-time, permanent Duties: Work with the RI to manage children's residential care home Hold OFSTED registration for children's home Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with learning disabilities and autism Build and develop staff team Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards Manage staff team within the service Manage recruitment and staffing Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures Manage quality assurance Manage budget Click apply
