Main duties of the jobThe Chef - Bank role at Barchester Healthcare involves assisting the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor the menus to their needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, and creating a warm, efficient, and fun environment. The role also includes tasks such as working within the budget, completing regular audits, managing stock control, and assisting in leading and motivating a team.
